Week 18 OJT Report on Tasks and System Turnover

March 23, 2026 On this day, I was assigned the responsibility of delivering important documents to the Planning Section. I ensured that all documents were complete and properly handled before submitting them. After completing the task, we approached Ma’am Ailyn to inform her about our upcoming educational tour scheduled on March 24, 25, 26, and 27 in Cebu. We respectfully presented the details of the trip, including its purpose and schedule, and requested her approval. Fortunately, Ma’am Ailyn acknowledged our request and granted us permission to participate in the educational tour. This allowed us to proceed with our preparations with confidence and excitement.

March 30, 2026 On this day, I was assigned to encode and print several documents. I carefully followed the given instructions and ensured that the correct template was used for consistency and accuracy. I paid close attention to details while encoding the information to avoid errors and made sure that all printed outputs met the required format and standards.

March 31, 2026 On this day, I worked on fixing and restoring the system’s database. During our QA (Quality Assurance) process, we identified an issue within the system that needed immediate attention. I took the initiative to troubleshoot the problem, restore the database backup, and ensure that the system was functioning properly again. This task required careful handling to prevent data loss and to maintain system reliability.

April 7, 2026 On this day, we finalized our system in preparation for the upcoming turnover scheduled for April 8. We reviewed all features, checked for any remaining issues, and ensured that everything was fully functional. Additionally, we prepared the necessary documents and materials needed for the turnover. This marked an important step as we completed our project and got ready to officially present and hand it over.
