This week marked significant progress in the development and refinement of our system, bringing us closer to full completion.

On March 9, I successfully finished modifying the system according to the client’s
requirements. At this stage, the system is nearly complete and fully functional, with only a few minor adjustments remaining. These final refinements were delegated to my teammate, who is responsible for frontend development. His focus is on improving the interface to ensure it is clean, user-friendly, and visually organized.

The following day, March 10, my teammate and I presented and demonstrated the updated system to our client. We walked her through the improvements and changes made based on earlier feedback. She expressed satisfaction with the system’s overall performance and new features, which was encouraging for our team. However, she also suggested a few minor enhancements to further improve usability and functionality. We carefully documented her feedback to guide our next steps.

On March 11, I shifted focus to documentation, where I was tasked with delivering essential project files to the Planning Section. This required ensuring that all documents were complete, accurate, and properly organized to support upcoming planning activities.
By March 12, I worked on finalizing the system’s configuration. This involved reviewing and adjusting functions to ensure they aligned precisely with the client’s specific requirements. The goal was to make sure everything was fully optimized before moving forward.

Finally, on March 13, my teammates and I held a discussion to review system modifications and explore possible solutions for remaining concerns. This collaboration allowed us to align our ideas and ensure that all aspects of the system are effectively addressed.
Overall, this week was focused on polishing the system, gathering client feedback, and collaborating as a team to ensure the final product meets expectations and delivers a smooth user experience.
