During the week of March 2 to March 6, 2026, I was assigned several tasks that helped develop my technical and problem-solving skills in the workplace.

On March 2, I was assigned to encode a document into Microsoft Excel based on the data provided by an employee. My main responsibility was to carefully input the information into the spreadsheet while ensuring accuracy and completeness. After encoding the data, I organized it by placing the information into appropriate columns and categories so that the document would be clear, systematic, and easy to understand. I also reviewed the entries to ensure there were no errors or missing details before finalizing the file.

On March 3, I was tasked with troubleshooting an employee’s computer because it kept freezing during use. I began by checking possible causes of the issue, such as system performance, running applications, and storage usage. After identifying the problem, I performed the necessary troublesh

ooting steps to resolve it. Within 20 minutes, I was able to fix the issue successfully, and the computer returned to normal operation. As a result, the employee was able to continue working without further interruption.

On March 4, 2026, we conducted an interview with our client regarding the system and presented a demo of our work. During the discussion, Ma'am explained that several changes were needed. She mentioned that the system should include both an admin side an

d a user side, and she further discussed the specific details of the required modifications.

On March 5, 2026, I began modifying the system based on the instructions provided by Ma'am. I spent around 10 hours working on the development in order to implement the requested changes and improve the system according to the new requirements.

On March 6, 2026, I continued working on the system modifications and was able to almost complete the development. Throughout the process, I made sure to regularly create backups whenever I modified the system to prevent losing any progress and to ensure the safety of the files.
