Week 12 OJT Productivity, Teamwork, and Technical Support

During the week of February 9–13, 2026, our team demonstrated strong collaboration, responsibility, and technical competence in completing a variety of operational and administrative tasks. Each day presented different challenges, ranging from physical relocation of equipment to documentation management and technical troubleshooting. This week not only strengthened our teamwork but also enhanced our problem-solving skills and commitment to maintaining workplace efficiency.
February 9, 2026 Locker Relocation and Workspace Organization
On this day, my teammates and I coordinated the relocation of lockers to the designated storage area. Due to the significant weight of the lockers, the task required careful planning and teamwork to ensure safety and efficiency. We manually pushed and transferred the lockers from the storage container to the locker room one at a time. Although physically demanding, the activity reinforced the importance of cooperation, communication, and proper handling of heavy equipment. By the end of the task, the lockers were successfully moved and properly arranged in their new location, contributing to a more organized workspace.

February 10, 2026 Improving Documentation and Record-Keeping The following day, we focused on improving documentation processes. During our review, we observed that several documents lacked indicated dates, which could potentially affect tracking, referencing, and compliance. To address this issue, we formally requested that all documents be reviewed and updated to include the appropriate dates. Proper documentation is essential for maintaining accurate records, ensuring transparency, and supporting efficient administrative processes. By raising this concern, we aimed to strengthen the organization’s record-keeping system and promote accountability.

February 11, 2026 Document Delivery to DPWH
On February 11, I was assigned to deliver important documents to a specific office at the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). I delivered a total of five (5) documents and ensured they were properly received by the assigned personnel. After s
ubmission, I confirmed whether the documents were complete and acceptable or if any revisions were required. This step was crucial in preventing delays and ensuring that all paperwork met the necessary standards. The task enhanced my sense of responsibility, attention to d
etail, and professional communication skills.
February 12, 2026 Cat 6 Cable Replacement and Technical Work
On this day, my teammate and I identified a damaged Cat 6 cable that had been affected by rats, causing connectivity issues. Recognizing the urgency of restoring a stable internet connection, we requested to replace the damaged cable. Together with a coworker, we carefully removed a cable from another office to use as a temporary replacement.
We worked on the installation and configuration for approximately three hours. However, due to time constraints at the end of the workday, we were unable to fully complete the task. Our supervisor then decided that we would resume and finalize the work the following morning. Despite not finishing that day, we made significant progress and prepared the setup for a smoother continuation.
February 13, 2026 – Internet Restoration and Technical Assistance
On February 13, my teammate Caga-anan and I continued troubleshooting and repairing the internet cable. After approximately one hour of focused work, we successfully restored the connection. Both the telephone and computer systems were able to access the internet again, ensuring uninterrupted communication and productivity within the office.
Following the successful repair, I was assigned to submit multiple documents to the administrative office for signatures. I ensured that all required papers were properly submitted and acknowledged.
Later that day, a coworker approached me for assistance with her laptop. She was experiencing technical issues and was unable to access her Facebook account due to a forgotten email address associated with it. I carefully examined her laptop, resolved the technical problems affecting its performance, and guided her through the account recovery process. Through systematic troubleshooting and verification steps, we were able to restore access to her Facebook account successfully. By the end of the day, both her laptop and online account issues were fully resolved.
