January 12, 2026 On this day, I was instructed to write the dates on all the documents for their Daily Time Record (DTR). I carefully dated each document based strictly on the dates that were already indicated or provided on the documents. All entries were completed in accordance with the given information to ensure accuracy and consistency in the records.

January 13, 2026 On this day, my coworker requested my assistance in fixing his computer because the monitor was not displaying any output. Upon checking the issue, I proceeded to troubleshoot the computer based on the technical knowledge I gained from my studies, as well as my hands-on experience from our family-owned computer shop.

After carefully examining the system, I identified that the main cause of the problem was a loose and improperly connected cable. Due to this, the monitor was unable to receive a signal from the computer. I securely reconnected the cable to the appropriate port and ensured that all connections were properly fitted. After doing so, the monitor displayed correctly, and the issue was successfully resolved.

January 14, 2026 On this day, I requested the revision of the Personal Data Sheets (PDS) of the laborers and engineers after identifying several errors, including incorrect spellings and incomplete information. Some fields were not properly filled out and should have been marked as “N/A.” I instructed that these discrepancies be corrected accordingly. To address the errors, I used correction fluid (white-out) to amend and update the specific information written by the HR personnel on the documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

January 15, 2026 On this day, we were assigned to encode the Personal Data Sheets (PDS) of both laborers and employees using Microsoft Excel. We carefully followed the information written in the hard copy documents to ensure that all details were accurately transferred into the digital file. Each entry required close attention, as even small errors could cause problems in the records. Because the Human Resources (HR) department is very strict when it comes to data accuracy and completeness, we made sure to double-check every detail before moving on to the next record. This task helped us develop patience, focus, and a strong sense of responsibility, as we understood the importance of maintaining accurate and reliable employee records.
