January 5, 2026 On this day, we organized and separated the Personal Data Sheets (PDS) of laborers and employees at the DPWH. Using a list as a guide, we located each specific PDS and arranged them properly.

After completing the task, my teammates and I were called to the planning section, specifically by Ma’am Architect Dixie Hanna Lou. She asked us to develop a system related to the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS). Before assigning the task, Ma’am explained to us the purpose of the SPMS, how it works, and what it is used for within the organization. She discussed how the system helps monitor, evaluate, and improve employee performance. After the explanation, my teammates and I discussed among ourselves whether we were capable of creating the system and how we would approach the task. We shared our ideas, concerns, and possible solutions, and agreed to work together as a team to determine if we could successfully develop the system.

January 6, 2026 On this day, my teammates and I organized the documents related to Lakbay Alalay, which was held on December 24. We gathered and compiled data collected from motorcycles on the road, specifically focusing on ratings of road conditions.

Additionally, one of my coworkers asked me to disseminate the documents to the higher offices for review and signatures. To complete this task, I visited different sections within the DPWH to ensure that the papers were properly submitted and endorsed.

January 7, 2026 On this day, my teammates and I performed networking work in the Quality Assurance section due to a telephone network disconnection that required replacing a damaged wire. Under the guidance of Ma’am Ailyn, we were taught how to properly fix the issue. My teammates and I actively assisted and participated in the repair process.

Additionally, we prepared macaroni snacks for the employees upon the request of our coworkers. Everyone worked together to complete the task.

January 8, 2026 On this day, my teammates and I were tasked with organizing, reviewing, and updating several official documents. We carefully checked the Personal Data Sheets (PDS) and other related files, ensuring that all documents were properly dated and in order. Due to the large number of files, the task required the whole day to complete. Most of our time was dedicated to working on and finalizing the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).

January 9, 2026 On this day, one of our coworkers asked us to cut the DTRs and arrange them in proper numerical order according to the numbers written on each paper. We carefully completed the task by organizing all the documents correctly. In total, there were 80 papers that we cut and arranged.
