On the ninth day of our On-the-Job Training (OJT), my teammates and I identified several challenges we encountered during our experience. In response, we proposed a system that addressed these issues to improve efficiency. After presenting our proposal, our co-workers requested that we adjust the documents and print them in the format they preferred to make them more aligned with company standards."

On the tenth day of our On-the-Job Training (OJT), our supervisor assigned us the task of encoding the work experience details of the employees. This responsibility required accuracy and careful attention to detail, as the information needed to be properly organized and recorded. Through this task, we were able to further develop our data-handling skills and become more familiar with office documentation procedures.
In addition to encoding, we were also instructed to cut, sort, and prepare survey forms that would be used for the upcoming Lakbay Alalay event scheduled on December 24, 2025. Working together to complete these preparations helped strengthen our teamwork and cooperation. It also taught us the importance of being organized and efficient, especially when preparing materials for a company-wide activity.
After completing our assigned duties for the day, we respectfully asked our supervisor for permission to take an early break. Some of us needed to travel back to our hometowns to spend Christmas with our families. Since we had to catch early bus or van trips to ensure we could arrive at the terminal on time, our supervisor kindly understood our situation. This allowed us to leave earlier and prepare for our journey home, making it possible for us to celebrate the Christmas holiday with our loved ones.
