On the fourth day of our On-the-Job Training (OJT), we did not report for duty in the morning because we had a scheduled pictorial for our batch. The activity was conducted to document our complete Type A and Type B uniforms, which are required as part of our academic and training records. During the pictorial, we took group photos as a batch while properly wearing our prescribed uniforms. This activity allowed us to present ourselves in a professional manner and comply with school requirements.

In the afternoon, after the pictorial was completed, we returned

to our assigned office and resumed our duties. We immediately continued with our work and followed the instructions given by our supervisor. The task assigned to us for that day was to print the soft copies of the documents that we had encoded during the previous week. These documents included the Personal Data Sheets (PDS), which required accuracy and attention to detail. Before printing, we carefully reviewed the information to ensure that all entries were correct and properly formatted.

Overall, the fourth day of our OJT was still productive despite not having duties in the morning. We were able to accomplish our assigned tasks in the afternoon and gain more experience in handling office documents and administrative work.

On our fifth day of On-the-Job Training (OJT), I encoded 13 old records into a new data format using Microsoft Excel. The task required careful review and multiple revisions to ensure accuracy and proper organization of the data. This activity helped improve my attention to detail, data management skills, and efficiency in using Excel.

On the sixth day of our On-the-Job Training (OJT), we focused on organizing the hard copy documents that were encoded during the previous week. We carefully checked each printed document to ensure that the information matched the encoded records and was complete and accurate. The documents were then arranged according to the provided list of names to maintain proper order and prevent misplacement. This task required close attention to detail, especially when handling multiple files. After completing the organization process, the sorted documents were distributed to our coworkers to support their respective tasks and help maintain an organized and efficient workflow within the office.

On the seventh day of our On-the-Job Training (OJT), my teammates and I were very busy because this was the day when the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) held its Christmavs party. Early in the morning, our supervisor asked for our assistance in preparing for the event, and we immediately responded to the tasks assigned to us.

Our first responsibility was to help transport chairs from the administration office to the main office, specifically the engineering office. We carried the chairs carefully and arranged them properly in preparation for the Holy Mass. After the mass was completed, we once again

rearranged the chairs to prepare the venue for the program and the distribution of food.

Following this, my teammate Michael John and I were assigned to retrieve the soft drinks from the storage room. We went to the storage area and carefully carried the soft drinks and the lechon to the main office. I personally helped in passing and transporting the lechon to ensure it was safely delivered to the designated area.

After all the preparations and hard work were completed, the maintenance department

gathered together to enjoy the food that we had prepared. Despite the busy schedule, the experience was fulfilling because it allowed us to work as a team, follow instructions efficiently, and actively participate in a significant event of the organization. This day helped us develop teamwork, responsibility, and a strong work ethic during our OJT.

On the eighth day of our On-the-Job Training (OJT), my teammates and I began the day by returning the chairs that we had borrowed the previous day to the administrative office. This task required coordination and teamwork to ensure that all items were properly returned to their designated place. After completing this responsibility, we reported back to our supervisor for further instructions.

Our supervisor then assigned us to handle several paperwork-related tasks. These tasks involved organizing, preparing, and distributing important documents to various departments within the organization. We carefully delivered the documents to the appropriate offices, making sure that each department received the correct paperwork. Through this activity, we were able to improve our communication skills, attention to detail, and understanding of the organization’s internal processes.

Overall, the tasks assigned to us on that day helped us develop a stronger sense of responsibility and professionalism, while also giving us valuable experience in office operations and interdepartmental coordination.
